ARB's setup for track. Classic Sti
Hi guys.
At the moment:
FRONT - standard (19mm) ARB, Whiteline bushes, Whiteline drop links
REAR - Whiteline adj. 24mm set on middle plus Whiteline droplinks
22mm front ARB in the garage waiting to be fitted :-)
My question is: What would be the best setup for track use ?
Leave front as is and change rear on "hard" or leave rear in middle position and put 22mm on front ?

Is the 22 front adjustable? If so then that on firm with rear still on middle should be good. Even if it isn't adjustable, fit it
You could try going full firm on rear too. Usually this is a little too much for road use as you can swap ends quite quickly in an unexpected lift off situation, but that shouldn't happen (as much) on track
Of course, with a firm anti roll set-up strong sidewalled tyres are always advisable

I was advised not to put the rear on the "hard" setting as if the back end steps out its much harder to catch it, so mine is on the middle setting. But as said, try out different set ups, see what suits you best....

Thanks a lot guys.
Yeah, I'll play with different settings and see what is best for me.
Bonesetter,
No, front one isn't adjustable. What other suspension components would be worth adding ?
I'm running on standard KYB shocks (covered approx 7k miles) with P1 Eibach springs.
Anti Lift Kit ?
