Default Lower strut bolts

Went to fit some new coil overs today and having some problems with the lower strut bolts (the 2x 19mm). I have the nuts off and can punch the top one through but the bottom just will not budge.

Any recommendations?

Thanks

Quick sharp with a hammer did it for me. Hate those bolts, were 60% of total time taken when doing my suspension change...

Rock the strut back and fore whilst trying to screw the bolt out. It is difficult to remove due to having pressure on it.
