Just fiting some HKS coilovers to my classic impreza. Noticed that at the bottom of the leg there's an adjuster, when you turn it,it clicks, am I right in thinking this adjusts the dampering? If so any reccomendations on a setting?

Can't help for sure as it was several years ago when had these on my previous Classic.
I seem to recall though that the softer setting was anti-clockwise.

As for settings, I tried several - but I found them way to stiff for UK roads (mine were on a Jap import) even on the softest.

As mine was a daily runner, I had to take them off
