Default New suspension what to get

Noticed a few rusty coil springs and perished bushes what is the best way to go standard or uprated?

My rear springs are coiled close on top of each other is that standard or lowered?

Thanks

I have the scooby world stage 2 performance handiling pack fitted to mine and the diffrence is night and day. Ride is a little harsh but not too uncomfortable.

Consists of tein springs, polly bushes, uprated front and rear anti roll bars, 4 wheel laser aligment
