Default Powerflex Bushes Kit

I was looking to do a complete bushes overhaul on the Spec C.

I was looking on the Powerflex website, it seems it not that simple. Certain parts have more than 1 type. i.e. anti roll bar bushes.

How do i know which exact 1's i need and is it recommended to change every bush or could i get away changing certains 1's?

Overall i wanted the car tightening up, feels little lose

Cars done approximately 28k miles and is over 5 years old

While your at it do the steering rack ones as well and make sure youve a decent vise for the big wishbone one ,oh and a big tin of silicone spray makes life a lot easier - good j0b this tho, makes everything tighten up nicely and looks great for the mot man.
