Question

Have been offered to try this combo from a brand new
STi which is being prepared for rallying (hence oem suspension
binned for Reiger stuff.)

They are claimed to fit old shape, but I don't know if
correct, and would appreciate if someone can confirm.
OK - if they fit, then what about ride height, suspension
travel, damper rates etc for both dampers and springs???
The STi is almost 200kgs heavier than mine, so too me it doesn't
immediately seem like an ideal combo, but the guy selling is
still trying to convince me......
(He's a pretty experienced rally driver btw.)

(I have been offered a good price, free fitting, and refitting
of old suspension FOC if not satisfied - but is it at all worth
a try??)

-Qualified replies preferred

Regards,
Simen.

Someone asked this a while back, the general concensus was that it would not fit, if I recall, even Mike Wood from prodrive commented that it wouldn't.
