Hi
I have had a clonking noise which i could feel through the pedals
on my P1 for about 6 months. It has been in and out of the garage about 6 times,They finaly found the problems which was a faulty front shock.I had 2 new shocks fitted to the front and the clonking noise which i only had over bumps at low speed has gone. The only problem is i have noticed when i go over rough ground or over a speed bump there is a deep bumping sound coming from the front right.I have checked the car over and there is nothing loose any where under the bonnet or boot.Any ideas,as it is getting on my nereves a bit now?

Marty
I have similar problems with my front left (Prodrive professional suspension kit for MY00) as you can see from my post before some days.
Next Friday is my 4th visit to another Subaru service and hope there is no problem with the shocks like yours!
Just hope...

I've got the same problem. I mentioned it to the garage at the last service, but they couldn't find anything wrong. I just try and ignore it and turn the music up.
Does anyone think this is a dangerous fault, or just a minor annoyance?
