Any bug-eye lowering spring will fit your car. Just make sure its for bug eye as any Impreza modeal afterwards uses different rear top mounts and the springs won't fit your car. You should also look into getting new dampers as the one's on your car are pretty old and won't hold up to the added load of lowering springs for too long. You'll just be bouncing down the road. Look at KYB GR2s. Inexpensive, non adjustable damper with supposedly 20% increase in damper rate. Just avoid springs that lower your car too much. Cheap lowering spring would be STi V7 take-off springs. But they don't give the rake look that most people want. So look into Prodrive. Avoid Tein STechs/ HTechs. Eibach is ok, but doesn't have much of a rake either.

Thanks matey really appreciate the reply, the car is already lowered but failed the mot on a broken spring but this has now made my search for springs that bit easier.
Thanks again mate.
