I'm going to change the coils on my tarmac rally suspension (RS&SP) in order to lower the car 20-30mm because I'm preparing for some circuit driving. (until now I did only hillclimbs).

I need opinions on two things from people who do time attack or any serious circuit driving and have experience with coilover springs:
1. Brand to choose: EIBACH, SWIFT, TEIN or other and why
2. Spring rates front and rear (car weight 1200kg)
