I have the KYB AGX adjustables on my V5 STi and rate them very highly.

I have them set to 2 on the fronts and 4 on the rears for normal every day stuff. When I fancy a bit of fun I set them to 3 front and 6 rears. Ho doubt trackster would use 4 and 8.

Do the top and lower dials do the same functions as each other, ie do I need to set both to your suggestions above ?

Sorry for the late reply. Yes the dials do the same job, front or rear.

It depends on your driving style. I assume that 1 on the front = 2 on the rear. The fronts only have 4 settings, but the rears are more adjustable as they are graded single notches to 8. It would be interesting to have 1 at the front and 8 at the rears

You could stiffen the suspension further with thicker ARb's and solid drop links if you don't already.
