Hey,
I am out in Japan and bought a MY99 STI which came with them fitted.
Springs seem really hard so contacted them directly but no response.. couldnt be bothered to try again but you may want to have a go :

Let me know if they get back to you!

Sent them an email as I am off work today so see how we go :
"I have purchased a MY99 Impreza Sti which has had your SC B damper system fitted.
I am getting a knocking from the rear damper.
I also find the springs uncomfortable with regular street driving.
Can these be overhauled (it says so on the website?) and do you offer softer springs?
Thanks in advance,
Ian Norman
(Akita, Japan)"

What made you choose KTS out of interest?

Just wondering why you went for a brand that doesnt appear to have any UK support over one of the established UK brands.

Youre situation is a prime example as to why buying a UK supported brand is sometimes a good idea. If youd have bought BC Racing, for example, the we could have supplied revalved dampers, different springs etc etc and got the set up to perfectly meet your needs
