hi, i hope you can help me please. I own a 1997 s/tb forester it goes quite well, but the handling is rubbish. So i baught some 2003 wrx wagon springs and struts, the front fitted straight on but the rear didnt have any top hats and my original top hats dont fit the springs as the 2003 springs taper in at the top and my s/tb ones dont. Would i be right in thinking i need 2003 top mounts?? will they fit the forester?? or could i change the springs to say 1999 wrx wagon springs and use my original top mounts???
