JDM Handling Characteristics?

JDM Handling Characteristics?
Are there are any intended variations or handling characteristics on the JDM?
On the settings below, my JDM is neutral if held on the throttle, and if the throttle lifts a bias to oversteer. I would also categorise the set-up as quite responsive to driver input. It's not twitchy, but when pushing it you need to work at it.
This is in contrast to the UK blob Sti I owned some years back. I would have said, the way that car was set-up, was more of a drive itself sort of deal. It was an easier car to drive.
So, is it down to geo settings on my JDM or some other reason?
