Default Lateral Arms

Hello, I'm looking for some advice on getting my lateral arms off my 1995 impreza. I have removed the anti rollbar and the drop links so far, I have also released the nut on one end of the long bolts holding the arms to the hub. But when I try to pull the long bolt out they are are stuck good and proper. I have sprayed plenty of WD40 so see if that would help some how, also hammered the nut side to see if it break the rust and would move it slightly so I can oull it out. Nothing is moving, not even slightly, driving me mad

Plus on the other side of the arms closest to the centre of the car and nuts aren't moving either. Tried heating them up to get them off but nothing. I understand they have been on the cars for years but its like they have been welded on

Is there anything else I can try or use ( special tools? ) to help me get these off.

Thanks Claire
