Default AST suspension settings

Just wanted to get some thoughts on suspension settings. Car is 1997 WRX with weld in cage, fully stripped etc. Used for hillclimbs in Cyprus where in three runs on the day you cannot tell if the suspension changes made the car faster or you were actually fatser as you remembered the course.

I seem to be the latter and given that there are no tracks to test and check if changes have made things better and the hillcimb is over in a minute it is very hard to remember anything apart form going very fast.

The roads are public roads in Cyprus, not smooth, but again not filled with potholes, just normal narrow mountain roads with a covering of dirt and dust in places and some off camber corners.

The car has the 3 way AST suspension and full complement of Whitleine products. Use Toyo R888s. Not sure of the spring rates

Here is what I work around and may fiddle a bit either side of this.

All the 'clicks' given are from adjuster knurled **** fully screwed IN to start with (ie all adjusters screwed clockwise till tight).

Front:
Base of strut adjuster = 12 clicks from fully in
Smal top adjuster = 4 clicks from fully in
Large top adjuster = 2 clicks from fully in

Rear:
Base of strut adjuster = 10 clicks from fully in
Small top adjuster = 12 from in
Large top adjuster = 2 from in

Tyre pressures = 28 psi Fr / 23 psi Rr

Any suggestions welcome
