whiteline anti lift or hardrace anti lift
looking at fitting an antilift kit has anyone fitted the hardrace kit as there is a big price difference compared with the whiteline kit

We have both , Hardrace and Whiteline in stock ,.. but as above you will find that hardrace doesn't actually act as "Anti lift" Just stiffens up a bit as it is really a direct replacement part .
But do keep a eye out as we will attempting manufacturing a true anti lift kit like whiteline

Description of the HR kit implies its pro-lift like the ALK, despiet the contradictions and obvious complete lack of knowledge of the vendor!

I never said I was a suspension expert, far from it . But I if I can offer a product that will do the same as whiteline at lower cost and same quality why not. I will be given them to the experts to test for me

I fancy a alk for my classic, but if the whiteline ones rust as quickly as their other parts, then i'll give them a miss. My Whiteline arb's have been on 6 months or so, and their already rusting!

The Whiteline 'ALK' or so called 'Anti-lift kit', actualy changes the geometry from slightly anti-lift as standard to pro-lift (there is a technical document on their website that explains it), hence when you said it would do the same as the Whiteline, I said it was pro-lift then.
Many fitters will tell you how the front doesn't lift as much after they fitted it, but then many patients get headaches cured by sugar pills, called the Placebo effect!
Having one of your M/C stopper kits (we had some emails if you recall), I'm very happy to buy your kit, but be sure your marketing matches reality on this, not some of the BS that comes out about the ALK, that way you gain respect from those that KNOW what it does!
Which reminds me, you may want to remove the comment on your website about the ALK giving more negative camber as it doesn't, nor would extra camber "pushes the front end down and increases grip" even if it did! What it does do is change the stnd anti-lift geometry to pro-lift, this effectively softens the front end and reduces understeer.

Guys i'm confused now...... does the ALK do anything or not?? Its a hell of alot of money if does bugger all!!
Will just having the front and rear ARBs and drop links sufficient to dial out understeer and make the car handle better? Or must u have the ALK to bring all these together?

Do a search. It's all been argued about before and is getting a little tiresome really. I never buy something because of the marketing bull written on the box. I'd buy something because the general consensus is it makes the car understeer less (or not as the case may be). Granted people like to say the car lifts less after fitting it but perhaps they assume it must (being called an anti-lift kit) because it does corner better.
One thing you can't argue about is that harder bushes and more castor (and its induced additional camber whilst turning) is a bad thing for cornering.
