Default Rear Ride height and toe

If I increased the rear height via coilover adjustments, would the toe change?

Toe and camber will change. The amount will change the higher its set, i can't see small adjustments making a large difference though.

Thanks.
It just looks like the lateral links that do the toe are unlike the front, inline with the strut so toe would stay the same under ride height changes.
I understand that camber would change, but to me toe looks like it would not change.

If the links are the same lenght your probably right there about the toe, i was thinking about a bmw trailing rear axle for some reason

The lateral links should be the same length, so no, toe won't change, of course if something isn't 'straight' under there so the lat links are no longer the same length then toe will change!
