A quick one...
Does lowering the rear change the rear camber?

Yes, not by a huge amount but you get more -ve.

Nope, well not as much as you want at the front (which is adjustable after all) nor do you want as much as the front IMHO, the more grip you have at the rear, the more it understeers (all else being equal)
