Default Fitting rear anti-roll bar bushes

Got to fit some rear poly bushes similar to these to my rear anti-roll bar. I assume you have to remove the anti-roll bar from the drop links to fit them?
Not a case of cut the bush ?

If they are slide on is it easier to both from one particular end of the anti-roll bar?

There is usually a slice already through if you look in the middle of the flat side in the pic above you can just see the seam
just pull it apart and pop it over the bar

Same or similar bushes I got, there is no slice or cut in them. You have to slide them on from the end. Time for you to clean up the bar and repaint it.

Side note,

Be ready for the squeaking to do your head in. Ive had mine off 3 times now to re-grease them.

If you cant be arsed with the hassle go for this type.
