I'm thinking off swapping my zeal suspension for a standard wrx or sti suspension as the zeal just isn't right for road use. Its way to stiff. I was just wondering what would I need to change? the shocks, springs and top mount. Is that is? or is there something else. Also is it a easy job to do? if I took it to a garage how long would it take to do?

No that's the lot, I just did a swap on mine, on the drive with trolley jack and stands, nothing fancy and it took circa 45 minutes a corner, easy peasy, no special tools unless you call a 2' breaker bar special (man but the strut bolts are TIGHT - although mine have been on for 10 years, yours probably less long!)
