Default Rear droplinks

Is there really any difference/advantage between the alloy or steel Whiteline rear droplinks. Or is it just the weight difference?.

Alloy are "blingier".... wire are cheaper but still do the job !

The alloy is stiffer than the plastic and the WL bushes are a lot stiffer than the blue tack that Subaru use (although some bush manufacturers do poly bushes to go in the stock droplinks)
