I am looking for somewhere that does 4 wheel alignment and geometry set up local to myself (Carlisle).After a little mishap on a roundabout my steering wheel sits off centre,Ive had the tracking checked and it was ok,any ideas?

Phil, I believe RC Developments in Warrington do this 4 Wheel laser alinement if thats what you are after tel 01925575290, Is this too far?

Phil,

I've just had mine done at Myers+Bowman (Toyota dealer ) at Whitehaven. They have the proper kit to do the job, but they charge by the hour (as I found out after 2 hours and £60) so you might want to try and get them to agree a fixed cost. Oh and make sure Ian does it for you as he did mine so he knows how to do it (well he does now)...

They will be able to set camber and toe to whatever you want. Mines now running max negative camber at the front and 0.8 front 0.2 rear toe in. So much better than the factory settings.

DaveR,

Max negative front camber changes from car to car and also from side to side if my car is anything to go by (but I need to look into this). On my car it worked out at 0.5 degree. But I think anything upto a degree each side would be OK, anything more will kill your tyres. Just so long as they are both the same.

Cheers Sandman may give them a ring,but after reading other threads on this considering taking a day off work to go down to power station to get eibachs,geometry and bump steer done!!
