i have one of these that was on the car when i bought it, i belive they are adjustable but dont know how you do it, does any one have instructions or pics of how to do it

From: knocking on the door of 400bhp with v power smashed through it with e85
try this
1. The outer holes (closest to the ends of the bar) - softer setting
2. The middle holes - closets match to a fixed 22mm bar
3. The inner holes - stiffest setting
I used the middle setting first to see how it alters the cars handling.
