Track day set up

Track day set up
Right I'm a novice when it comes to track driving and would apprecate any advice for the following.
I've been to Rockingham twice and had adjustable rear ARB, since then I've added an adjustable front ARB, castor blocks, camber bolts and had geometry set up, ooph is up a bit from then too, now 305bhp/ftlbs+
97 UK Car with later 4pot fronts with PAGID Blue pads and Ferodo DS2500s at the rear
Question is really about the ARBs, I have the front Whiteline one on lighter of 2 settings (it's 22mm) the rear one is a Cusco one with 5 settings and I'm on the middle one.
Geometry is benign too 1.5 camber and 5mins of toe in all corners (Whiteline UK suggestion)
Current set up for road is safe / predictable, good turn in with slight wash out under 'too much power' on exit. So much better now than ever before although oddly I kind of miss the 'dancing' that used to happen over bumpy stuff - now its very docile.
I'm in no way a driving hero, but wonder if there's a general rule that track cars should be set up stiffer or not?
Any thoughts much appreciated - I'm off to Brands in a couple of weeks.

The most important part of the above is you are in touch with Job at Whiteline UK.
You should ask him the question directly as he knows where you are upto right now.
I would be tempted to stiffen the front and stiffen the rear both by one hole.
I would think hard about tyre pressures, and I'm not too sure of those brakes.
I have exactly the same set-up as you on my hillclimb car (Sti V3) and at times the brakes make me wonder coming down to 20 mph from 110 for example once, let along repeatedly.
I suggest you call Alyn at asperformance.co.uk (.com?) and take his advice.
Maybe you need Pagid Blacks? (I would be very interested to hear what you are told)
Again, personaly I would increase the camber all round, but listen to Job not me!
Just personal thoughts after chasing Impreza chassis tweeks for 3 years.....

Thanks.
Pads were already suggested by Alyn as the car's got to peform on the road too and Pagid (4:2) Blue have better temp tolerance than blacks (4:2:1).
Did you mean Pagid (14) Blacks - much more track orientated - up to 800C for short periods.
Hadn't thought about pressures (muppet), thanks for reminding me.
Will contact Job to get views on that etc...
