Default Best suspension for Tarmac hillclimb????

I currently have TEIN HA with pillow ball top mounts. It's not bad, but I know there are better suspension systems for competition use.

I am looking for something specialised for hillcpmibs or for Tarmac rally.

What are your suggestions?

IMHO:
Without sounding stupid, the best you can afford.

In the UK there are several to choose from that are easy to buy and have repaired.
Some are fashionable to have and all work well if set-up well. The last bit is /can be hard to do.

People who sell them obviously prefer the products they sell and few I believe have done back-to-back testing objectivly.

fwiw: I have AST 3 ways for tarmac hillclimbs. In the class I race in of about 8 regular competitors, 3 of the 8 have AST.

Graham,

I already contacted AST and I wait their reply.
I also consider EXE-TC and OHLINS. Any opinions?

My budget for this upgrade is around £3000 and I want something that will be up to the job and will give me an advantage over the competition who use LEDA and Bilstein, 1st anf 2nd cars respectevly.

At that money, i think Ohlins will be THE choice.
I will be interested in your reasoning in the end.

EXE are on the UK fastest Impreza hillclimb car this year it has to be said, but the rest of the car is great and the driver fearless.
