Default ALI WISHBONE BENT

hi can anyone tell me if it is possible to bend a ali wishbone?
when you look at the osf front wheel it looks slightly back in its plane if that make sense.
i tryed the finger measure which leads me to believe it is about 1 finger to close to the door(ie 4 one side 3 the other)
anyone seen the same sort of thing
think it has been through a couple of hedges in the past
so much so looking at the same side the rear wheel at the top is slightly bent outwards looks a bit like a triumph herald
had the car a while put new 18"wheels on and it rubs a little on speed bumps osr only. possible bent hub or shock or lateral links haven't gat a clue
cannot go round left bends feeling safe just feels like it wants to let go....

all help appreciated

thanks danny

Yes it's possible they bend. They're meant to, to save the suspension mounts/chassis from being damaged. Though if the bushes are old, they can move around a bit, so check those first. There tends to be some play in them.

If one of the wheels is "out" at the top, it's not normal. I "did" my AX GT back axle by reversing at 40 plus, diagonally, across a dual carraigeway, up the kerb and into a hedge! Having written that, an Impreza rear end is more adjustable, so again, it may just need a bit of TLC>

thanks j

so the rear is or possibly adjustable to bring the top of the wheel back in
as for the front would have thought i might hear some knocking if the bushes were gone.
seems all good unless there is a special way of checking it
