Hi, I am just wondering how they are for daily use, what spring rates you run for daily use. Will it destroy ride quality or will I be able to live with them?
Cheers and sorry for the multiple questions.

IIRC, Neil runs 7/5 kg/mm front/rear on a stripped-out 1300kg 2003 car.

On my 1200kg classic I run 5/4 kg/mm front/rear which is a bit firm for everyday (passenger notices it more than the driver!) but will handle trackdays too, even with full slick tyres. Also tried 6/4 which I found harsh on the road. Didn't bother trying the 7/4 combination that's listed in the catalogue.

18 months, going on 20k miles, daily driving through to trackdaying on slicks, and they're very good for the money.

Teflon coating on the threads works well and general finish is good. Solid topmounts hum a bit at steady motorway speeds, otherwise fine. A few squeaks setting off from cold sometimes. Height adjustment locking-collar tended to come loose, solved by putting loctite between the 2 ally surfaces (not on the teflon thread). Damping is set on max and oddly seems most comfortable that way - feels as though the adjuster affects rebound only.
