Default Front Tein coilovers problems

Hiya guys.

had my car checked over by scoobyclinic not so long ago (top work guys!) and the front tein coilovers on the car are really soft compared to the rears.. they are only ride height adjustables... From this we have assumed there is something wrong with them... any ideas guys???

ps there is no knocking or leaks...

as long as the car doesn't bounce up an down after hitting a bump then they are unlikely to be knackered. how long does it take to settle after hitting a bump?
