Default Help wanted with Apexi N1 Coilovers

I bought a set of Apexi N1 99spec coliovers with pillow ball mounts on FleaBay recently but have been unsuccessful on tracking down some information on them. A few questions:
1) How do I adjust the damping?
2) What is the best way to adjust the ride height - top or bottom of the strut?
3) Adjusting the top mounts - can easily see how that's done but how do I measure the adjustment?
4) What would be the best spring rating for a daily driver on rough enough tarmac roads- Current markings on the front and rear springs are 9060 and 9080 whatever that means?
They're going onto a 22B.
Any help/info would be appreciated.
Thanks
Niall

Nial

I've Apexi coilovers too. The springs I have on are far too hard. I'm changing them for Eibach ERS springs (dual spring rates) Tender spring and main spring. I think I'll be going for Front tender 50N/mm with 70 N/mm main and rear tender 40 N/mm and main 60 N/mm. The car is used on road but mainly for M'sport/track.

If you wanted a firm road spring then 50F 40R might be ok, might be a bit too hard? that's non ERS set up. I'm no expert, just going on what I've been advised/read. ERS seems a good idea as you get a softer initial reaction that firms up as you press on.

Damping adj on the bottom of the shock.

For your camber adj you prob need to take to someone you can set up geometry.

Try and talk to a suspension specialist if you can. Maybe powerstation could help.

Cheers

Thanks. Going for a softer rated spring seems to be the general concesus.
