Default Is my new car lowered??

Finalized the deal on my new bugeye WRX today and, whilst the garage says it isn't, I'm convinced it's been lowered. Is subaru like every other car manufacturer and makes standard springs in black. If so mines has been lowered as it has red springs.

Any idea what size the gap between the wheel and the arch would be on a standard bugeye so I can work out how much by if it has been lowered

I though that, but I saw an advert the other day for prodrive springs and they were red, anyway here's the pics, I reckon it has been lowered about 30mm-ish but comments are welcome

If they are Red they could very well be H&R Springs.... I've got them on my classic in Red they dropped mine between 25-30mm so your in the correct area there. You will find them as advertised as a -50mm drop.

That looks very low for a set of prodrive springs STi(red) or WRX (blue) on 17's. Not sure you would be able to squeeze larger wheels in there if you wanted to. I had blue wrx prodrive springs on 17s and it wasn't as low as that.

That does look like a big drop. I've got Eibach's on mine and it definately isn't that low.

IMO the GFB valves work best. www.gofastbits.com
