Default FK coilovers

Hi,

I have the chance to get a good deal on some FK coilovers, has anyone got any experience with this set up? how do they compare to the usual stuff thats used by you guys?

AFAIK they use Koni inserts!

They come in various types, I ran 'Koenigsports' (single damping adjustment on the top of the Koni insert) for a couple of years on a Corrado, using standard VW topmounts. It rode and handled ok (both are subjective, I'll not say more than that), they were quiet (unlike many coilovers), the bodies and platform threads corroded badly, and when one leaked its oil out after 2 years I had a helluva performance getting FK to fix it under lifetime warranty. Basically, I had to put the car back to standard struts, pay 60 quid carriage to/from Germany and wait 2 months for the useless ******* to examine and replace the insert. Never again...
