Default Whiteline "radical" settings - where are they?

Soon to be having the suspension fettled. Am going for ASTs, front and rear ARBs, front topmounts plus the other stuff (as per my original thread http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthread.php?t=430723)

I won't be having the kit fitted by Powerstation (though will buy from them) - am going to use a local motorsport place. I'd like to know the base Whiteline "radical" settings that are much-talked-about on here.

On this link there are some specific settings

http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthrea...teline+radical

But they seem to differ a bit from the settings on the project car PDF here

http://www.whiteline.com.au/Project/P-REX-1/default.htm

Can someone tell me the settings I need to start with?

Thanks in advance

Carl.

The Whiteline site is realy bad, but you will find all you need on their first home page.
They show various cars of theirs..find the Radical Hill climb car article, and follow on from that. The settings and the car spec are fully detialed there.
To get the caster you will need the MRT type top mounts.

Good luck

The car will be so sharp on the road, especially at full tilt!

Thanks Graham. I was hoping someone would type in/copy the actual settings for me (lazy sod) - I will take a look again and see if I can find them. If I can I will post the numbers on here for reference.

The MRT top mounts, this is for the front only yes?

Yes, front only.
To get to the settings on the car you will need all the mods they state except for the crazy spring rates (nearly 2 x the rates I have ).

If you can't find them then email and I'll jot them down.

"We at Whiteline would strongly argue against rear toe-in. We, in fact, recommend a small amount of toe-out for better response or toe neutral at worst."
