Default Adjustable rear ARB, Which way stiffens ??

As above, to stiffen the Arb, do i use the hole in the end of the Arb or the one furthest away (nearer the rear of the car) currently on the middle.
Want to try a little stiffer as i have an uprated front arb fitted & experiencing a little understeer.
Thanks

Dean

The hole closest to the end of the bar is the softest.
