Question HKS Hypermax

Has any body had any experience of this set-up. Thinking of putting on my sti ra 4. I dont want to make the ride any harsher, but would like the adjustability. Any comments please.

Just seen your post! Don't touch the Hypermax with a barge pole! That would be my advice! Been there, done that have the scrambled internal organs to prove it! Unsuitable for anything except trackdays and Banzai Warriors!!!

The general consensus amongst most in the know is to stay clear of coilovers unless you have internal organs of steel or you want to use it on the track!
I tried several suspension setups before settling on KYB Adjustable AGX dampers with Eibach Pro Kit springs. Now I have stiff but compliant suspension that doesn't turn your guts inside out and but is still stiff enough for enthusiastic driving!!

Default Coilovers

Hi there,

I have Apexi Type V coilovers on my 95 WRX. the ride is very stiff, but is possible to drive with (maybe I have steel organs?). Although I am after selling them, coz the missus wants me to gets rid (***** bounce too much!). If you are after some, i'm willing to swap for your standards plus £300.

PM me if intrested.

John
