Default cdoes changing just the rear ARB make that much differance??

i have P1 struts and springs on my MY00. i am thinking of buying the whitline adjustable ARB as i have read to stiffen the rear of the car first.

can i have some feedback off other scooby owners who have uprated their rear arb??

does it make much differance just changing the rear??

cheers

Yes - makes a huge amount of difference. I have the Whiteline on the ,id setting along with solid rear droplinks [ which I did 1st on their own - they really make a noticeable difference too ].
Car is much better now, less understeer pushing it through corners - for the cost these mods are well worth doing.

Oh yes!
The car will 'go' much better at speed in the corners. Best mod you will do (add real good tyres and a precise alignment and you will elevate to the next level....)

A Whiteline rear ARB on its own is a good mod and the geometry will not alter for an ARB change only.

That is the first step.
On my hill climb Sti v3 I've fitted every Whiteline/MRT mod. The chassis is an absolute dream compared to stock, harsher yes, but no understeer, compliant and well damped (considering the struts are dreaded AVO's). Add to this cocktail Kumho V70 tyres and away you go!

Have fun,

As said before on this thread. Changing the droplinks and ARB won't effect the Geometry, but will effect the handling. The understeer will be far better after having this done, and is WELL worth the money IMHO even on the P1
