Default rear ARB C-links

I'm thinking of fitting the aluminium C links with urathane bushes to the rear anti roll assembly. Is it a worthwhile mod or not?

If they are a weakest point in the anti roll assembly, is it the plastic C link that is the limiting factor or the rubber bushes within them.
Have seen uprated bushes to suit the plastic C link, thinking of just doing the bushes

It's the plastic C links flexing which is eliminated by the uprated ones. Though I assume the polyU does some good too.
