AST Coil-over suspension upgrade
i'm thinking of upgrading the suspension on my MY99 to the above set-up along with a anti-lift kit, solid rear drop links and a 22mm rear anti-roll bar, i want to use the car on the occasional trackday so can anyone give me any positive info on this set-up i've mentioned or anyone recommend anything else?

Why would you need the antilift kit ( to remove the understeer) if you were getting the geomtery optimsed anyway with the ast.......
I have all the stuff you mention..... plus replecment from strut brace, rear strut brace, upper and lower arbs - you have to go for a thicker front arb if you go for the rear 22mm one as the car feels unsettled
If my car was standard I would just do the ast kit and nothing else

Of course I've tried an anti lift kit - I have one of my Scoobs
Excellent bit of kit but not really required if you are going for a full after market suspension kit like AST...... or for that matter if the car is properly set up for geometry
Thats what PS used to say a few yrs back when I had the alk put on and MorayMackenzie did not - PS said that Morays car handled phenomenally well
I guess that once companies become suppliers opinions change!!
I'd probably put this on if I wasnt going for the AST type kit............. (theoretical as I have on and dont have AST - but I've had similar kits on previous cars)
