Legacy B4...Front Suspension HELP REQUIRED!
After hitting a nasty pot-hole at speed the front offside became horribly hard in normal use. Took the car to a local garage and they confirmed that the front Bilstein shock needed replacing. They have suggested that both should be replaced at the same time but thats where their help finished.
They advised that to use another companies shocks i.e. Koni e.t.c. would alter the handling characteristics of the car and that I should stick to the Bilstein set up. I cannot find any information anywhere for the type of shocks that are required. Can anyone help. (I can't get on to yahoo user groups for some reason otherwise i'd have asked there 1st!!)
Thanks in advance.
