I am intending to fit Prodrive springs in a week or two myself. Does anyone have the relevant torque figures, or better still now where I can get a manual for this car with these figures?

I am reasonably competant but any precautions? I will need to drive the car a 100 miles or so for the geometry I wouldn't of thought this should be a problem?
