I thought I should update the list.

After my recent post I was contacted by Andy Miles from Leda who very kindly offered to have a look at my problem.

The guy's at Leda, stripped and rebuilt all the struts and re setup my car. The results are a resounding success (fingers crossed), no knocks bang or rattles ! And what's best the car now appears to handle better than it ever has before.

I want to thank Andy and all the people at Leda who were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Please pass on my thanks to the guys in the workshop for a job very well done.

When did the knocking occur and at how many miles?

The Car is a MY01. It started the first time after about 3-4 months ... it was "fixed" then about 2 months later it came back.

Hopefully not again ....

How can you be sure its fixed for good now? Or can't you?

Can't be sure but they seem good at the moment. i'll keep this post updated, but after 500 miles they're fine.

have to say that i had a little scare the other day as there was a strange knocking noise coming from the rear. Turned out to be my son's tricycle that my wife had keft in the boot
