I've managed to isolate the source of creaking from my steering......
It comes from the steering rack internals...not the mounts..or UJs...or trackrod ends.
The dealer has failed on two attempts to locate this problem !
This creaking only occurs at operating temperature...i.e. when rack is hot.
Looks like I'll be needing a new rack and will have to get the bumpsteer redone
Anyone else had a defective rack?
