According to Leda themselves the struts are valved for the spring rates - no need to run higher up front just because the front springs are stiffer.
I run mine at 8/6 on regular day to day driving, and 12/10 on track.
With 325 lbft springs up front and the regular (225?) in the rear.
Theoretically:
Stiffer dampening in the rear will make the car oversteer on the exit of a bend.
Tire preassures react in the same way.
This is not entirely true since the grip actually increases with the "firmness" until you reach a point where the wheel starts to loose contact with the road, for example a too stiff a damper that doesn't let the spring extend the strut, or as in an overinflated tyre that decreases the contact patch / or a sidewall that won't "move" a little with the horisontal load - a high profile tyre will actually "give" more grip than a low one, but it'll be quite inconsistent and let go quite abruptly.
All in all pretty dodgy stuff, and based on my own loose theories.
The trick is to alter the other end of the car, ie if the car oversteers and it's overly tailhappy - stiffen up the front end - adn vice versa.
This is all thoroughlly tested in 2 years of national level of touring car racing (1:10th electric mod), and some 1:12th 6-cell "pocket rocket" mod racing.

Not quite about bump/rebound settings but close enough to post to this topic.
Have any of you Leda folks out there changed from the standard IIRC 275lb front & 225lb rear 9" springs to something different ?
I have the standard setup, which is fine for marble smooth roads, but I find myself more frequently travelling down less well maintained A, B and C roads where the stiffer suspension and less travel seem to work against you.

I'm running their new 325 front springs, and they're great...not on your roads though. 
They made the car feel alot more stable during high speed cornering, but not much more uncomfortable on rough surfaces.
