ALK on a Type R
#1
Having BSM done on my Type R on Friday and am considering ALK at the same time. However I've read in some places that the ALK makes the back 'livelier'.The problem is that a Type R's backside can get quite twitchy in the wet as it is,so will the ALK make this worse?

I got the ALK and the bumbsteering done at the same time, so I'm not sure whats doing what.
Yes you get a lively back, if you have an agressive turn in, but I belive the reason is more grip in the front.
The ALK give more caster and this give your more negative dynamic Camber.
Think of a bike frontweel, when you turn it you will get camber. This is from the castor angle.
I had to adapt a more smooth driving style to avoid loosing the back.
