Has anyone with ALK fitted noticed an increase in brake dive ?

 

I have an ALK fitted to my car.I can't say I noticed an increase in dive or for that matter much of a reduction in lift.

The amount of lift/dive is primarily down to spring rate/damper settings rather than geometry settings.The ALK moves one of the suspension mounting points by 1/2 an inch which is not going to have that much of an effect.

I have one fitted to my 94 WRX and the changes have all been positive.

When I first got the car, the lift on acceleration was ridiculous - this has proved to be an effective cure.

I've just had the ALK fitted and swear there is more dive under braking....

Just out of interest...does the insurance company need to be notified of this mod

 

Hmmm...just wondered in case they spot it after a crash and try to claim it was an attributing factor....

 

Hmmmm....I was under the impression that an anti-lift kit should REDUCE diving under braking, not increase it.
Anyway, how can diving be increased more than this.....
