Alternative springs to Eibach, want it lower!

I have a MY98 and want to fit springs and Koni dampers. But the Eibach springs aren't very low. I want -35mm!
Will I destroy my cars handling with the lower springs and Koni sport dampers (of course with prodrive geometry settings)

Tein springs from GGR (GGS022) works, lowers about 1,5" up front, and .75" in the rear.
They work with my MY00 stock dampers...but should do better with a tad stiffer ones.

I second the Tein S-Tech springs 
I've got them combined with KYB-AGX adjustable dampers and the car sits just right:
