STi suspension parts?

I'm trying to uprate my MY99 roll bar links and I'm considering STi links which I hear are made from metal rather than plastic.
Any other suggestions and sources of STi components (Preferably UK source.) greatly appreciated.

The rear 'c' shaped link seems to be plastic on all Imprezas - I saw a 22B on the ramps last week and that was plastic anyway, like my MY96.
As for the front ones the STi links do NOT fit a UK car - at least not my year - I tried! The STi link (and Japan WRX) are a short metal bar - the UK ones are a short plastic link with rubber bushes at each end - a larger one at the AR bar end and a smaller one at the suspension arm end. The attachement points are different so if the MY99 one sounds like mine - the STi one won't fit.
You can tighten things up quite a bit by fitting Powerflex bushes at the front and rear BUT the front UK link does not have any specific bushes made for it. The bushes from the rear link bar will fit the larger front bush (I know 'cos I have one fitted) but PE do not make one for the other bush.
So, I'm going to order metal links from MRT in Oz when I get aroing to it - metal links with nylon bushes. I think they're about AUS$75 (at about 2.4 to the £).
