Question Replacing dampers - do I need to do geometry done again ?

I will shortly be replacing the dampers on my MY98 - I had my steering geometry reset 1-2 months ago, will I need to get it done again ?

Cheers,

T

You can change the shocks and get the geom close if you mark it all up before you remove it, but it will need resetting up, yes.

I would say yep get the geom checked, but drive around for a few miles to let the thing settle first. it's surprising how much suspension settles after 40 miles or so.
some places will check for free and you only pay if they get the spanners out to adjust.
