SimonJM, are your spring just basic MY03 Eibachs?

As Scoobymania quote this....

* Will fit STI models but not approved for this application.
IS there a specific spring for the STI?

Hi Talizman,

I honestly don't know.

They were bought and fitted at Powerstation in Cheltenham. I have every faith in the guys there and am sure they wouldn't sell or fit something that wasn't recommended.

I do know they are different than the springs Eibach made for the MY02 which didn't fit the STi very well (caused some sort of knocking I believe).

Sorry can't be of anymore help.
You could always try giving the guys at Powerstation a ring (01242 238400).

Cheers

Simon

Be careful about putting 3rd party springs on the car, even if they are the same brand that Prodrive use.

I say that because my rear suspension is knocking like a f uckpig since the Prodrive springs were fitted a few months back, gradually getting louder and louder.

The rear was silent before the old springs were removed.

As I fitted the correct Prodrive springs then this will be rectified (crosses fingers) under warranty, not the case with 3rd party springs.
