Wink

Hi there, quick stupid question, but to what extent will a phase 4 upgrade void my warranty? Should i wait for the official prodrive springs instead?
Also, even stupider question, but increasing tyre pressures at the rear will reduce over or understeer, in an argument with a chap at work over this?!
Thanks!!

If the tyres under inflated, increasing pressure slightly would restore propper grip. It would then appear to understeer more that when under-inflated.

If you over-inflate the rear tyres a lot you decrease the rear grip (as the tyre arches more and the contact patch decreases) and the car will overstear more.

Although I could be wrong.

We did this for a laugh to my friends Nova and took it for a spin round his farm yard. Spin was the right word, as the back end stepped out when you turned the wheel! It was quite a pressure hike though.
