Can someone give me a details of how to disconnect the front anti-roll bar at the ends so I can remove it to be replaced with the uprated one. The car is STI 5 so has the solid links.

Hi Paul
If you look at the end of the solid drop link thread you will see a space to insert an allen key (I think its a 4 mm). use your allen key to hold the link still while you undo the nut.
